A mitigation company should be called to avoid further damage and additional costs. Doing this right away ensures quick and complete mitigation reducing any further damage and eliminating any future problems.
We believe you should decide who works on your home, not the insurance company. The firm your insurance company recommends may not have your best interest at heart. Their main goal is keeping the insurance company happy. That is why we have gone the other way, to have a customer centric business that becomes the middle man for you. We work with your insurance company, for you.

What does it mean to be IICRC certified?

How much is it going to cost?
We will bill your insurance directly based on the decided scope. You need to only pay your deductible.
What if my insurance doesn’t cover it?
Based on our experience, we can typically tell what will be covered and what won’t be.
How long will it take?
Every project is different, but typically, we tear everything out on the first day. This is followed by 2-3 days of machines running to dry out the space.
How do we keep it clean?
We use our diamond bit drywall saw, with an attached vacuum to collect the dust as it is created. We also use our HEPA 500, hospital grade, air scrubber to clean the air.
Can I do it myself?
If you do it yourself, and mess it up, the insurance will not pay for the damage.
Can we do it all?
We have strategic partners that we can work with for your restoration project that are within the Chambers family network.
Do we have to worry about chemicals?
We use Benefit, the world’s first government registered hospital grade disinfectant using essential oils from plants. It kills 99.99% of germs in 30 seconds.
